🍐 Air Fryer Maple-Cinnamon Pears

with Vanilla Yogurt & Homemade Oat Crumble

A little autumn magic, and one of the easiest breakfasts to make feel special!

Ingredients

  • Ripe but still-firm pears

  • A little butter

  • Ground cinnamon

  • A sprinkle of brown sugar

  • A drizzle of maple syrup

  • Vanilla yogurt (we used Siggi’s)

  • Homemade oat bars, crumbled

  • Optional: your favorite nuts, such as chopped walnuts or pecans

Method

  1. Prepare the pears. Cut in half lengthways and scoop out the cores.

  2. Add a little sweetness. Place the pears in the air fryer, skin-side down. Add a little butter, a sprinkle of cinnamon and brown sugar, and a drizzle of maple syrup to each half.

  3. Air fry. Cook at 375°F for 10–14 minutes, until tender and beautifully caramelized. Add a few extra minutes if needed, depending on the ripeness and size of your pears.

  4. Add the yogurt. Transfer the warm pears to bowls and top with a generous spoonful of creamy vanilla yogurt.

  5. Finish with a crumble. Scatter homemade oat bar crumbs over the top. For extra crunch, add your favorite nuts, such as chopped walnuts or pecans.

The finishing touch

Warm, buttery pears with cinnamon, maple and brown sugar, cool vanilla yogurt and crunchy homemade oat crumble. Simple ingredients, minimal fuss, and a breakfast that feels like a treat.
